Seeing London from the BB Bakery Bus Tour
Most of you know that I come from a family of bakers. I’m #TheBakersDaughter from Zeppieri & Sons Italian Bakery, and was practically born with confectioner’s sugar in my blood.
So it won’t come as a surprise that while in London, I ended up on a double decker bus tour hosted by… you guessed it, a bakery.
The BB Bakery Bus combines a traditional English afternoon tea experience with a double decker bus tour around London.
Quite lovely!
While sightseeing around London, a classic afternoon tea is served. The tour includes your choice of teas or coffee, finger sandwiches, a mini quiche, and a variety of pastries such as a macaroon and mini cupcake.
As if that wasn’t enough, half way through the tour it’s “scone time”. Fresh baked scones from the BB Bakery are served with clotted cream and strawberry jam. Because what’s a classic high tea in England without scones?
Although there may have been more food then actual sight seeing (or explanation of the sites being seen), that’s what the printed booklet is for ;)
If you only have a short time to spend in London, this bus tour is a great way to accomplish “all in one”. You can ride a double decker bus, have afternoon tea, and see the London monuments within 1.5 hours.
It’s the perfect way to spend a rainy day in London with your friends. If you’re looking for a unique tour of London, I definitely recommend the BB Bakery Afternoon Tea Bus Tour.
